Project description

The project targets both urban and rural development in terms of access to potable water and wastewater collection and treatment services covering several agglomerations in the Satu Mare county. Within the project, our engineers provided:

  • Verification of technical and detailed design projects (process and hydraulic design);
  • Compliance verification with tender documents;
  • Consultant due diligence;
  • Completed works quality control;
  • Verification of handover works and testing;
  • Verification of operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Technical assistance for the preparation of the funding application and of the tender documentations for the regional project for the development of water and waste water infrastructure from Arges County in 2014-2020

  • Feasibility studies for five wastewater treatment plants;
  • Permitting document preparation;
  • Tender documents preparation.

Technical Assistance for Project Management and Supervision of Works: “Rehabilitation and extension of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Galati County, POS Mediu 2007-2013”

Project description

The project funded under the Environmental Sector Operational Program, Priority Axis 1 (2007-2013), included rehabilitation/extension of the water treatment plants and distribution networks, and wastewater collection and treatment plants for 11 clusters.

Our engineers provided contractors’ treatment plants process verifications and compliance per contract requirements, including hydraulic, and mechanical projects.

We provided the beneficiary with technical assistance and supervision of the erected projects as well as during the projects’ start-up and commissioning. These activities included verification for compliance with the project specifications for technological equipment (pumps, grit and grease and grit removal chamber travelling bridges, clarifiers bridges, aeration systems, equipment for sludge thickening, dewatering, anaerobic digestion, and drying), piping and construction materials.

Other activities provided within the project included:

  • Waste management of the wastewater treatment plants
  • Protection of water resources
  • Wastewater Master Plan revision and update
  • Execution works supervision

Project description

The project funded under the Environmental Sector Operational Program, Priority Axis 1 (2007-2013), included rehabilitation/extension of the water treatment plants and distribution networks, and wastewater collection and treatment plants.

Our engineers contributed to implementation of distribution networks water loss detection effective management system.

The activities provided within the project included:

  • Short-, medium- and long-term strategy for distribution networks water detection effective management system
  • Theoretical and practical operator personnel training for distribution network water loss zone identification
  • Conception reporting system for the network zones showing the distribution network zones which register the most breakdowns/intervention in time and length
